Heather Rine

Hello! My name is Heather and many children and parents refer to me as "Mrs. Heather." I am a lifelong resident of Wheeling, WV and I am committed to helping others beyond the classroom. I have served the children and families of the community as a teacher for the past 16 years with love, enthusiasm and compassion. I was awarded the 2021 Educator of the Year for the WV Voices for Education. I look forward to providing online tutoring assistance to students in the same way. My forte is working with Early Childhood/Elementary students (Pre-K thru 2nd grade). My goal is to reinforce Reading, Writing, Math, Science and Social Studies skills. I have been married to my husband for 26 years and we have three sons.
